John graduated from Louisville Technical Institute in 2000 with an associates degree in drafting. While attending LTI John landed a job with a local consulting engineering firm where he was trained to be a plumbing designer.

John went on to spend over 20 years designing plumbing and fire protection systems for commercial projects, such as schools and hospitals, for three different firms before becoming a licensed home inspector.

John’s favorite activity is spending time with his wife and two young daughters, but he also enjoys hiking, camping, fishing and woodworking.
